TV & Audio Service Centre Solution

Repair shop software for TV & audio service centres.

TV repairs are long, costly and often half done at the customer's home. Kiwikit gives every set a job card with its serial number, the estimate the customer approved, and a WhatsApp update at every stage.

What is TV & Audio Repair software?

TV repair shop software records every TV, speaker or home theatre that comes in or is repaired at the customer's home — the model and serial number, the fault, the remote and cables handed over — and tracks it through diagnosis, panel or board repair, delivery and billing. Kiwikit does this in the browser with WhatsApp updates, home-visit charges, GST billing and stock of panels and boards.

Updated

Built for the TV bench

Long repairs, costly parts, approved estimates

A TV repair waits on a diagnosis and an estimate before a panel or board is ordered. Kiwikit keeps every set, every estimate and every part on record.

Serial number and model on every set

LED, LCD, smart and Android TVs, speakers, soundbars, home theatres, amplifiers, set-top boxes and projectors are device types with their brands and models, tracked by serial number.

Estimates before the panel is ordered

Add the panel, power board, main board or backlight strip to the estimate and get the customer's approval before you spend on the part.

Home visits and installation

Home visit charges, TV installation and wall mounting, and set-top box installation are labour items, so on-site work is billed like bench work.

Remote, cables and stand on record

Tick the remote, power cable, HDMI cable, stand, box and warranty card that came with the set, and hand back the same at delivery.

WhatsApp updates at every stage

Messages go out when the job is created, in repair and ready, and the customer can open a private link to see the status and the balance.

Panels, boards and spare parts in stock

Keep stock of panels, power boards, main boards, T-con boards, backlight strips, speaker drivers and amplifier boards, plus remotes, wall mounts and cables for the counter.

Ready on day one

What your shop gets when you pick TV & Audio Repair

At first login you tell Kiwikit what kind of shop you run. It then loads these device types, their brands and 148 models, the common problems, labour charges and stock categories — and the job card shows only the fields your shop needs. You can edit or add to every list, pick more than one kind of shop, and remove one later without losing data.

Audio too

Speakers, soundbars and home theatres, not just TVs

An electronics service centre repairs more than TVs. Speakers, soundbars, home theatres, amplifiers and projectors each come with their own problems — no sound, distorted sound, Bluetooth connectivity — ready on the list.

The common TV faults are ready too: no display, screen lines, backlight, motherboard, power supply, HDMI port, Wi-Fi and firmware issues, so the counter picks the fault instead of typing it.

How it works

One job, five clear stages.

  1. 01

  5. 05

    Delivery

Remote and cables handed back, balance collected, warranty noted.

  • Search by serial number, customer, mobile number or job number
  • Filter by Pending, In Progress, Ready, Delivered or Cancelled
  • Advance taken at intake is deducted on the final bill

One system, not five apps

What runs alongside your repairs

Stock & spare parts

Parts and products with batches, serial numbers and more than one warehouse. Adjustments, transfers and reconciliation are built in, so the shelf and the system agree.

Purchase & suppliers

Purchase orders, supplier bills and receipts, returns and debit notes. Supplier balances stay linked to what they supplied.

Sales counter

Quotations, invoices, delivery notes, returns and credit notes for what you sell over the counter, in the same system as the repairs.

Accounting & GST

Cash book, ledger, expenses, bank accounts and reconciliation, receivables and payables — the books are a by-product of daily work.

Technicians & profit

Assign each job to a technician and see revenue, parts cost and profit per job and per technician.

CRM & follow-ups

Leads, customers and follow-ups with due dates and overdue flags, for the customers you call back rather than wait for.

Before you start

What you actually need

  • Any device with a browser — counter PC, tablet or the owner's phone
  • A working internet connection (Kiwikit is cloud-based, not an offline install)
  • Optional: a 2-inch or 3-inch thermal printer for receipts
  • Optional: a barcode label printer for job stickers

Plans include 4 users and one shop location, and start at ₹1,499 for three months or ₹4,999 for a year. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

An honest read

Is this right for your shop?

It fits well when

  • Your repairs wait on estimates and costly parts like panels and boards
  • Some of your work happens at the customer's home
  • Customers call to ask whether their TV is ready
  • You want to know the profit on each repair after the part cost

It is probably not for you when

  • You only sell TVs and never repair them — the job card is the point of Kiwikit
  • Your shop has no reliable internet; there is no offline desktop version
